I only trade in my super, early days of covid i took punt on pls and a couple others as i believed the reason for the drop in share price was entirely from covid panic!!
Over the course of the following year and a bit my super balance went from 120k down to 75k back upto 300k.
Me and the Mrs decided to combine our supers into a self managed fund to buy a house that was being vandalised and renovate it.
House settled for 216k plus 200k reno
After all is said and done the house will be valued somewhere from 800k to 1m to sell or rent it out for $750 a week.
Sadly i have to sell the shares so i can move the project along, but PLS has created a life changing opportunity for me and my family and I hope i can manage to get back on the train sooner rather the later!!
