At this stage it just isn’t very profitable. Despite increased revenue NPAT margin dropped from 4.1% to 3.6%.
Operating cash flow approximately equals the depreciation figure, so if the gear is replaced on time there ain’t much left. Yes, gearing reduced slightly, but that’s about the only bright point. Still, hold on and hope for better times I guess.
