Regional Australia is on fire. Great results in a lot of agricultural commodities. Fruit and vegetable picking the only problem area. Record prices for beef, lamb, pork and grains, wool okay as is sugar. Poor wheat production in US and Ukraine is driving the wheat price. This all leads to lots of money being spent in town.
Add in the frenzy of the shift out of capital cities to the regions, what's not to like.
