Sudan is a dead deal IMO. You'd have to have rocks in your head to throw the kind of money at it, that it would take to get it up running. WAF is far better option. Offer WAF share holders 1 for 2 plus 50 cents per share held. Minimal dilution and pick up their cash to seal the deal pronto.
WAF holders would be insane not to take the deal.
