This is the dividend for the 21/22 financial year that was spoken off during the takeover talk.
It was subject to available cash once the dust had settled. If I remember correctly, 3 cents was the maximum likely outcome so we have got that.
It uses up some of the franking credits PTB had. Better in our hands than anyone else's.
