If they manage to stabilise the Hampers business and maintain postive EBIT this half, there is a chance they could salvage value from selling off the business.
My reading of "strategic review" is that they are looking to offload the business and the main shareholders/directors are probably looking at retirement following the sale of the main business.Based on a share price of 33, post dist (18c cap +7 c div), they are looking at a share price of 8c, translating to a market value of ~14m. Cash ~10m leaves the hampers business at ~5m. If they stick to their plan of 7c div, i do see value.
