ckeanhwa, as a former PTL SH, I've noticed that COL especially and lately WOW have been respectively giving 20x Flybuys points and extra WOW Rewards benefits if shoppers purchase cleaning products.
This suggests that all the foreign multinationals (and the few locally owned brands such as Bosistos and Earth Choice) must be suffering from lower turnover.
A third of Oz households rent: if that expense has risen by 10-20 per cent in the last year, cleaning products would not be high on the list to maintain previous expenditure on.
