we had a good solid company at one stage. It was boring, however delivered a good yield with ff.
I'm afraid there are a few too many questions with HwB going alone. There wont be the critical mass. PTL was illiquid enough already, potentially locking up one's capital for too long. I shifted out to other opportunities such as MTS.
whatever my thoughts are at this stage, they are basic thoughts (and ill informed!), and I do hope the remaining shareholders of the new entity are fairly rewarded in future.
