QRI qualitas real estate income fund

    It is likely QRI has a big seller in the mix that needs cash in a hurry and GCI doesn't. As @minoil pointed out the other day, some of the trading was brinking on fire sale kinda stuff with the share price being sold down half a cent at a time in very quick succession. GCI generally trades at approximately 2-3% premium to its NTA . At current share price, QRI is trading at ~10% discount to NTA hence would suggest QRI would offer the better upside opportunity.
    Like i said, i hold both but i would note that QRI's loan look seems much less riskier than GCI's and pays a better annualised distribution.
