GCI lends to households.
QRI lends to property developers.
The string of construction companies going bust is spooking the market - Metricon, ProBuild, Pivotal Homes, etc....
Yesterday a property investment firm went bankrupt - Remi Capital. It is different to QRI but the sector itself is not so hot atm.
The QRI perfect track record of zero loss of investor capital or interest since inception might not come out unscathed from this turmoil.
But a 10% discount to NTA is a good enough margin of safety for me.
