    QRI's loan book comprises only 35 high quality loans.

    Of which 94% are senior in nature with a weighted LVR of 66%.

    99% of QRI's exposure is backed by director guarantees.

    Loan book WALE is 1.1 years.

    QRI does not lend to volume residential builders like the Metricon's etc. Volume Resi builders are in a world of pain mainly due to the fixed price contracts, high volume, low margin business models and the impact of higher input material prices, interest rate hikes, labour shortages etc.

    The CRE construction market enjoys higher demand, higher margins and some would argue it's less competitive than what the volume residential builders face giving them the capability to absorb much of the inflationary pressures much better than the res guys.
