Respectable, especially when only 91% of the fund is invested and many of the loans swapping over to higher variable rates in the coming months.
Paying a 5.8% return against NTA and a 6.7% return on current SP with scope for that to increase considerably in the next 6-12 months or so.
I think we will see the SP drift upwards closer to the 1.60 NTA as inflation stabilses and we see an equilibrium of say 3% for both inflation & RBA cash rate, mid next year'ish. Happy to keep a nice chunk of my money parked here for now and keep collecting the handy monthly distribution.
