Hi Heraclitus, Yes management/board are taking a slow, conservative approach to an acquisition/investment (something which they can leverage their existing infrastructure) but we should expect something this year. I spoke to Charles Slaughter a few weeks ago and it could be the case of buying a stake in a business rather than a complete acquisition.
They are also close to further purchases to scale up the contact lens business.
I attended the AGM recently and was impressed with Charles, answered all questions openly and honestly and with good detail.
