Good buy at 5.5c considering there is franking attached!

I'm not sure the remaining business is worth much though looking at the outlook. I'm pretty surprised they haven't been able to do a better job at achieving a return on the contacts business - they aren't exactly a small player either. Giving back the cash throws in the towel on any further acquisitions so you are reliant on them being able to grow it genuinely which they seem to struggle to do.
