Yes, I was surprised on two fronts one being the dividend not being the 2.9 cents and the expectation that the dividend would be paid second week of August.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the actions of Sandon Capital?

Further, have they changed ideas about selling the company (the shell) being influenced by Sandon? Or are they holding monies back to make sure they can pay out all expenses due and pay a final dividend when all is done? Are they still selling the shell of the company?

I too, think they should have release an update explaining the changes.
