Franking credits only hold some value if they can be used ie: a divvy paying company into the shell, otherwise they hold no value really.
The other issue, any company that might backdoor into this one, would they have to remeet the ASX listing chapters, if NOT a telco and/or selling lenses?
Anyone know?
