Does not make any sense why the shares are not moving. REP are the no1 buy in REITs in my opinion.
Sometimes floats just do not work. I am sure REP are considering delisting to fix the distortion.
Partners group he ave just delisted for the same reasons.
REP have the option for merging their business with another one of their unlisted trusts. Easy solution to the problem.
