And I think metrics like AFFO are invented to hide something. It reminds me of SGH, which had to keep making acquisitions to hide the problems. Roll the losses or income that didn’t arrive or lost files etc into the next acquisition. It works until you can’t make another acquisition or one that’s big enough.

But you’re doing all the right research.
