Well the way Iron Ore are losing experienced operators to other companies it maybe hard to meet targets due to lack of staff.
Apparently Rio's pay structure is not on par with other mining companies and as a result they are losing a lot of talent.
And the disparity between new starters and long term employees salaries is causing a lot of grief also.
Showing signs of not so smart leadership.
