because previously pre coronavirus they were paying a total of 22c a share in dividends, and unlike VCX there was no dilutionary capital raise (ie they still have the same number of shares on issue).
Maybe I am jumping at shadows, maybe it was my large position.
But I do have visibility over 100 retail sites with a number of them in Westfield and I know the rental negotiations on those I have visibility with, and under none of them are rental increases, and many are seeing reductions in leases of 20%+
