Both VCX and SCG have assets across borders but SCG is more aligned to NSW, VCX more aligned to Victoria.
When NSW was doing well during Covid, SCG modestly outperformed VCX, the reverse now that NSW is a basket case. Similarly CDP (Carindale Queensland) a nice little recovery today now that Queensland is back to zero cases.
