yes also disappointed, I took some money off the table on SCG. Given this represents 1H21 and up to June lockdowns were mainly just periodically in Victoria and NSW had yet to go into their long lock down I thought the payment should have been higher.
I think there is a risk of rents decreasing over the next several years.
Also took some money off the table for Vicinity Centres. Holding full positions still in my other REITS.
