just gone back through SGP dividend history and its pretty terrible in 2014 they paid a divvy of 24c and nearly 10yrs later their divvy is still like 24c, so they havent increased their payment at all in nearly a decade despite a growth in EPS, you would think they would at least increase their DPS by 0.5c each yr, thats not too much to ask is it? they havent.
