the quant section is computer generated and basically for shares which they don’t bother to cover in depth with a proper analyst. They seem to sell this information to platforms - I get a Morningstar quant valuation on all shares via my trading platform.
if you go to the Morningstar website you will find a fair bit of info, but if you want in depth analysis, you have to take out a subscription. I pay around $700 a year. I like their analysis but it’s only one of many bits of information I use in my decision making.
Like you I am not too worried about its current price - I like it as a long term hold and like the dividend, so short term price nervousness doesn’t worry me. It’s interesting though how market nervousness can cause a dive.
