I often see things like that on shares - I put it down to a trader - sell and buy with a few cents difference to make a trading profit. Might be something more sophisticated I guess - above my pay grade. You will often see it around 9 when someone on a share they view as volatile, will load up the same quantity buys and sells with a few cents difference.
