At 12 cents a share, the final dividend is up 33 per cent on the FY 20 final (nine cents) so is very welcome.

If I'm not mistaken, it's fairly unusual not to announce any final dividend on the day that a listed company publicly issues its annual report. However, I'm certainly not complaining.
I'll be fascinated to observe if the number of holders has increased a little from the 30 June 2020 figure. This may be hard, as on more than a few days, the scrip is either not publicly traded or does so in extremely small volume.
SNL as a company has a very low profile yet obviously is an achiever. Presumably Directors like to keep it that way.
