ok so FCF for dividend purposes is not FCF at all. It is the portion of FCF up to and above $65/barrel and with $25/barrel breakeven subtracted. Their dividend policy does not say this as far as I know. OK so on FCF = US $855 we are getting 30% payout. Great I need to use this method at tax time, I earn less and paid out more
