the problem they have is both those large projects are coming to fruition. Projects like that never go wrong when 10% complete, it's always the last 90, if either of them or both got delayed by 6 months it woudn't be at all a surprise. it used to be range bound between 7-8 and now its' stepped down to 650-750. a step down looks far more likely to me than an increase, it's already well held in australia and no one from overseas is buying
