Ann: Dividend/Distribution - TGA, page-16

I have not noticed anybody comment on the next stage of their release which was the buy back. They have sequenced this so the dividend and franking credits get paid out, presumably we will have a drop of around 10 cents, then they seek approval for an off-market buyback in the new year.

At what price we don't know yet, and I was wondering why it is off market only, but so far seems like something straight out of a value investors playbook. Looking at you Steve Johnson.
