Hi Mkr, no I don't work for Forager , but have a lot of respect for Steve Johnson. I would say I am a parallel player on a much smaller scale. Value investor. But the key is always to be able to unlock the value or get the cash out.

I assume you remember RAMS or RHG , where the major shareholder Kinghorn tired a selective buyback of everybody else under value. I think he offered 88c and was defeated and in the end we all got $1.20+ If it wasnt for Steve Johnson we might have only got the 88c

. Anyway this doesn't sound quite the same as the buyback wont be compulsory. But bet your bottom dollar it will undervalue the shares. Those in control and have the knowledge will reap the greatest reward.
