As long as everyone keeps getting their divies!
Seriously though, if TLS can keep their dividend at or above the current 18c and with interest rates sure to fall in Aus (they are everywhere else in the developed world so probability high RBA will follow) then annual TLS dividend of 4-4.5% looks very attractive to investors.
