Yep I see what you are saying I guess it just doesn't sit that well with me paying dividends out of a cash reserve rather than net rental income as the bank account will be depleted over time.
I attended the SOL presentation virtually today and actually asked about them disposing of TOT.
Brendan O Dea did answer the question and said they were "approached by a buyer" which would be TGP as that's who bought the stake.
I thought it was interesting for them to seemingly want to get SOL off the share register if that really is the case.
