from their announcements, leasing is not the issue, the issue is the price they paid for the commercial properties at peak of the office property cycle and with cap rates still low even after announcing writedowns due to rising cap rates in the June 22 financials.

I expect further writedowns in the Dec 23 financials and June 24 financials.

This is the headache and risk.
I have a position, but its only small and bought when the share price was roughly roughly 50c.
I am watching but I want to see the Dec half year financials.
