Management need to start pushing this story harder with wealth advisors and brokers, to try to close the discount gap a little bit.
I also wouldnt be opposed to a sale of the Brisbane (Michael Hill) property on a ~6% cap rate (which should be very achieveable given it is fully leased with a 3% review until 2033), which would generate about $32m of cash to bring debt down to $51m. This would be contingent on 360 waiving their transaction fees, which I think would be the right thing to do to deliver value back to shareholders...
