To delever and maximise ability to return dividends to shareholders? I am not sure why HC is so obsessed with buybacks when our cost of debt is ~6% which is the major risk to dividend yield at the moment. Buybacks is not a great use of capital right now - if we can reduce the debt (or interest rate) then the share price will increase naturally
