We've actually officially lost our rental guarantee in Canberra as of Monday unfortunately. I was just thinking the share price may have been hit particularly hard in recent weeks due to tax loss selling as investors look for something to write off against their gains. I think we should have a new round of valuations announced soon? And then an official set of results in August? Will be interesting to see whether TGP use their creep provision to pick up another 3 percent after that.
