    I agree it would be better to sell off one or more of the buildings. The cap rate is still rather aggressive with 5.5% cap rate most likely. Would not surprise if there is some corporate action by TGP to address the massive discount to NAV. The office market will take 2-3 years to resolve with some B & C grade buildings being taken off the market. The quality of TOT buildings will help
