    What am I missing?

    $12 mil market cap for a company making $3+ mil per year and paying a 7%+ dividend.

    Other than being illiquid and boring, I can't see any reason for this to be pushed so low. I'm very happy for a company to be boring as long as it makes me money, and i'm more than happy to sit patiently on this one.
