Totally agree with your point that they should properly articulate their capital management plans into the future. It's simply not good enough to soak up the many benefits that an ASX listing affords yet not bother to share with the market even an inkling of what you intend to do with surplus funds. It's a situation that you could possibly forgive for a year or two while they work out their priorities, but it's simply gone on way too long.
