Given those numbers it does point to how poorly the share price has gone post listing...
- Valuation is at AUD1.58 - most of the debt is locked in for 30 years at Covid levels?? - high occupancy at 95 plus percent - rental increases flowing through to next year's intake
Why aren't they shouting about these results to investors and creating interest? The huge sell price changes is concerning.
Personally, consistent dividends at key to this puzzle... Atlas, dividends have been inconsistent. Not to mention the very first dividend that probably helped the rot in share price. We now have two quarters of consistent dividends which is great if it continues.
Hopefully the latest announcement from them saying they will start to market the company will mean we're at the bottom!? There has been larger trades moving through recently (but at stupid levels).
