So you're in NZ? It's only been a couple of days, maybe there are extra procedures to go through. I have to say Computershare works fine for me here in Oz, especially since I switched everything to electronic notices. Link on the other hand is a joke. Apparently they completely changed over their website, making it necessary for everybody to sign up again. But did they notify customers? the hell they did. I only found out when I went looking for a div.
