    It's all in the scheme booklet. By paying for the t/o by dividend $0.31 plus capital amount $2.035, we can get the franking credit on top of the payout, for those of us that can make use of it.

    Regardless, the company has been given away in my view.

    Now we are waiting for the meeting vote and the ok from the court.
