I sold my trading parcel yesterday and today - some at 3.79 and the rest at 3.80 so about a 40% capital gain plus a nice dividend. Wish all my trades worked out this well
Unfortunately will need to sell most of the rest mid year to finance a house we are building. Bought that parcel at 2.47 so I really don’t want to, but we do need a home. I might try and hang onto some of it - we have 260,000 shares in that parcel.
