Good points and would support it but they should have paid off more debt then... 10m unless they have some growth opportunity lined up i.e. acquisition or new revenue stream investment etc... I believe they have 39m cash in hand at the end of year which is too big to sit in saving accounts... so better off paying debt and reducing interest..... IMO.
