Yes, I certainly hope it's at least 2c; I still like the fundamentals and defensive nature of VTH, but maybe they should re-think or renegotiate this variable rent arrangement. I am not sure whether it makes much sense to rely that much on the profits of the tenant, especially when subdued growth in the general macro-economic environment is predicted in the near/mid term.
It looks like the market is not overreacting negatively or anything at open though, which is a reasonable response at the moment IMO.
