"Can someone give me timetable dates for this to close please? I'm not smart enough to work out the +1 or +2 days from X date etc."

I'm afraid no one will be able to provide an answer, because it is contingent on other events happening first, such as satisfaction of some other conditions and the takeover being sanctioned by the Courts.

So, the exact timing is not possible to know, but the latest indications I saw were for it to be wrapped up in the December quarter.
