Agreed, it's not just the franking account though. They also don't have 7.75 cps in the profit reserve so they also need to build that up as well. They actually have until 30/06/21 to have the franking account built up. You can be in a "negative franking" balance as long as you make it up before the end of the tax year in which it's paid.
