Dave61, I read it as 1 new Wam share issued for 2.67 AYS shares for takeover. Circa 12.5% more Wam shares on issue. NTA may change but more shares receiving dividend. I hold these as long term for divvie, didn't buy Ays, but may add Wam if price drops.
