I've been through the WAM offer and there is no mention of a final record date for being an AYS shareholder to receive the WAM offer. This seems too easy to buy AYS and receive the 1 x WAM for 2.7 x AYS or equivalent of $2 / WAM share (subject to OPTUS T/O acceptance at AYS EGM 2/02/21) and still pick up the 1st May WAM dividend.
Is there something I have missed here?
