When company issue special dividend at a time when their profit going down by 16% means the company is trying to dampen negative impact of their poor performance by giving more dividend so many who would have sold now will wait until the dividend is received !

I think I will sell a couple of thousand and takes some gains. Will hold the rest and see what happens ex dividend.
